Most SBO teams have tryouts in July and August for its upcoming season.  Once the teams are picked, we have a late summer/fall workout with a few tournaments and friendly scrimmages.  We take advantage of Georgia's mostly warm winters and have workouts through the winter in preperation for its regular season starting late February and early March.
